Welcome to Custom Cutters of Houston! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and transparency in our process and set clear expectations for both our customers and us.

Custom Orders

  1. Personalized Designs: All products are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details submitted (e.g., spelling, dimensions, colors, and designs) are accurate.
  2. Proof Approval: Before production begins, we will send you a digital proof of your design for review and approval. Production will only commence once you provide written approval of the proof.
    • Changes After Approval: Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made, and Custom Cutters of Houston will not be responsible for errors overlooked in the proof.
  3. Production Time: The estimated production time for custom orders is provided during the order process. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Local Pickup and Shipping: Customers may choose between local pickup or shipping. Shipping times vary depending on the selected method and carrier.
  2. Delivery Accuracy: Custom Cutters of Houston is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or by the shipping carrier.
  3. Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must inspect their products upon receipt and report any issues or defects within 7 days.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  1. All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
  2. Replacement Policy: If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace it. Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at [insert email address] with your order number, photos, and a description of the defect or damage.
  3. Non-Qualifying Issues: Slight variations in color, texture, or size that occur during production, as well as errors approved in the proof, are not considered defects.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including design specifications, shipping details, and contact information.
  2. Timely Approval: Customers must review and approve proofs promptly to avoid delays in production and delivery.

Intellectual Property

  1. Customer Designs: If you provide custom designs, you affirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce them. Custom Cutters of Houston is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements arising from the use of customer-provided designs.
  2. Our Designs: All original designs created by Custom Cutters of Houston are the intellectual property of Custom Cutters of Houston and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Custom Cutters of Houston is not liable for:

  1. Errors or damages resulting from inaccurate information or late approvals provided by the customer.
  2. Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
  3. Losses or damages exceeding the cost of the product.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.

Modifications

Custom Cutters of Houston reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
