Jennifer was absolutely amazing! My custom cake topper was unfortunately lost by UPS, and even though it was completely outside of her control, Jennifer immediately stepped in to make it right. She remade my order the same day and rushed the replacement out because she knew I needed it for a birthday celebration.
Her communication throughout the entire process was incredible—responsive, kind, professional, and genuinely concerned about making sure I received my order in time. And when it arrived, it was PERFECT! The quality and attention to detail were beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

Where do I start? If there were 100 stars I would give them!! I absolutely love all of my acrylic toppers from Jennifer. I actually wont use another company. She is Very accommodating, fast, efficient and catches errors that I sometimes miss. If I have a last minute order, Jennifer ALWAYS is there for me when I need my toppers. They are unique, she has a vast array of colors and she will make any unique idea come to life!!
